Why we planned an offsite
3V Events has grown from coverage-only bookings into a fuller studio — cinematic photo and video, custom printing, laser-cut trophies and plaques, and school and office stationery supply. That growth only works when the people behind the work trust each other on high-pressure event days.
An offsite gives us space to:
- Celebrate wins from recent weddings, debuts, LGU programs, and shop orders
- Share feedback openly — what went well on-site and what we can streamline
- Build the camaraderie that shows up when timelines get tight and gear has to move fast
- Step back from client deliverables and remember we are one team, not separate silos
Campuestohan Highland Resort, Talisay
Campuestohan Highland Resort sits in the highlands of Talisay, Negros Occidental — cool breeze, wide views, and room to breathe away from the heat of production days. It was a natural pick for a first offsite: close enough for the team to gather, scenic enough to feel like a real break, and spacious enough for group activities without crowding.
Between shared meals and downtime, we talked about upcoming seasons — fiesta coverage, graduation prints, corporate activations, and new shop offerings clients have been asking for. Some of the best ideas came not from a formal meeting, but from conversations on the resort grounds.
